Lisa McAllister
Lisa is one of the owners of the gym, she balances her career with being a mother of four children. She understands the pressures, struggles and time constraints a lot of mothers face when exercising. Throughout her training and coaching she is an advocate of the Health in Health and Fitness , believing training should build you up both mentally and physically. Lisa also runs the LMA fitness studio next door which specialies in female group training.
Tommy McAllister
Tommy is one of the owners of the gym, having previously worked a manual job on a building site , and being a parent to four children, he understands the pressures many face while trying to get fitter and healthier for themselves and their family. Providing them with solutions that work alongside their life.
Niamh McFerran
Niamh personal trains clients in the bar alongside her commitment as the owner of NMF Salon located next door. Through her own love of training Niamh has developed the belief that training is not only to look better, but more importantly feel better. This is a belief she incorporates into all her training so that not only their appearance transforms they feel better, healthier and stronger.
Shauneen Mullan
Shauneen is one of our interns @THE BAR, through this she will complete her personal training qualifications and gain valuable gym floor experience for when she becomes one of our PT’s @THE BAR. After completing her own personal transformation Shauneen has found a love for all things training and nutrition,that she wants to pass on to her future clients.
